Starting out as a stylist and exploring my own personal fashion choices, I’ve identified key areas that, when kept tight and toned, can have anyone wearing Hollywood’s latest fashions.
Whether it’s my little sisters or fans on my site, we all see celebrities in magazines and on TV and wish we could wriggle into the latest trends worn by our favorite stars.
The thing is - celebrities work out too - otherwise they wouldn’t look as good as they do!
I’m done with “yoyo” fitness. Getting to a point where fitness becomes part of your life isn’t as hard as it seems, and the results are amazing! Finally I know what it’s like to be disciplined and feel good in what I wear 24/7. I can’t tell you how great it feels and want the same for you!
My workouts show how easy it is to get the body you want for any style jean you want to wear. From my hit TV show to being a business owner that caters to women, I understand the pressure the media puts on women in regards to body image, not to mention the pressure we put on ourselves to look perfect. I want women to appreciate curves and get fit though a workout targeted to tone assets, not lose them. For me, ‘skinny’ is just a style of jean - not a goal.
